As a member of CHAS we have had to successfully demonstrate:
1. That we can adequately manage health and safety.

2. That our health and safety policy is up to date.

3. That we have the ability, experience and resources to carry out the specific work that we have applied to do, by providing things like method statements, specific risk assessments, references, examples of previous similar work, training and available resources.

CHAS also monitor on an ongoing basis to ensure we are managing the work safely, carrying out the method statements properly, have enough resources, liaising properly, managing the site effectively and providing enough supervision.
